Cooking with the Chef Fundraiser
March 31, 7 p.m.

The seventh annual cooking class benefits the Lower Makefield 9/11 Memorial Garden of Reflection. Executive Chef Eben Copple will provide demonstrations on delicious pasta dishes like Braised beef ravioli with rosemary butter and savory sauce. Join us for delicious food and complimentary wine, $35.

 


Easter Dinner
April 12, 1 to 7:30 p.m.

Enjoy Easter favorites like: Torta Pasqualina (traditional Italian Easter tart), Roasted Spring Lamb with braised spring vegetables and mint pesto, House Cured Ham with fava beans and potato hash, maple glaze. (Reservations, please)

 


Jordan Wine Dinner
April 23, 7 p.m.

Five-course menu - $90 per person, all-inclusive

Taste a delicious array of thoughtfully paired cuisine, such as Lightly poached scallops with peeled green grapes and elderflower matched with J pinot gris or Charred asparagus and fava beans with brown butter solids, ramps, and lemon matched with Jordan Chardonnay.

4:30 to 6:15 p.m. daily and all night on Tuesdays.

Enjoy a taste of creatively matched beer and food, like Hugh Malone with Spring garlic & pork sausage with rhubarb and lavender or Tripel paired with Grilled Hawaiian hebi in tropical sauce.
