The Yardley Inn teamed up with Founders Brewing Company on Sunday, February 22, 2015 for an exclusive five-course dinner displaying some of their most esteemed brews. Our handpicked selection included the Dirty Bastard Ale, Dark Penance Black IPA and All Day IPA. Each beer complimented a custom dish made from our fresh and local ingredients.
Chefs Eben and Josh’s menu pleased food and beer lovers alike. Dishes included a variety of home-style options, such as Hop Chimichurri, Tater Tots Bravas and Grilled Salmon Bellies. Four delicious courses were followed by a unique dessert: a craft beer float made with Founders Breakfast Stout and Caramel Ice Cream.
The Yardley Inn was particularly excited about hosting this beer dinner. It reflects our continued commitment to the community and improving our guest’s experience, as well as promoting our new craft beer selections.
