We recently hosted a decadent feast celebrating all things from the Scottish Highlands. On Sunday, January 18, 2015, Chef Eben prepared a 5-course meal paired with the finest Scotch whiskys from Glenfiddich.
As part of the Scotch tasting, we featured a selection of malts including the 15-Year-Old Solera Processed Single Malt, the Rum Cask Finish 21-Year-Old Scotch, and the limited release Original 1963 Straight Malt.
Dinner included Scottish favorites with a twist. No boring haggis here. Instead finnan haddie with oatcakes and Asian pears was served.
