Yardley Inn Hosts Annual Scotch Dinner on January 20

The charm and ambiance of the Yardley Inn provide a fitting backdrop for the restaurant’s annual Scotch Dinner. Featuring the Compass Box label this year, the dinner takes place on Sunday, January 20, 2013, beginning at 7 p.m. The scotch dinner includes a taste of six Compass Box scotches along with six courses to match. At this culinary event, Executive Chef Eben Copple pairs fine cuisine with Compass Box favorites to create a savory balance of flavors. Chef Eben’s creative pairings for the Compass Box Scotch Dinner include:
